Enter your order number and email address, follow the instructions, and select the items you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in unused and new condition, in the original packaging with intact labels.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

If a product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For cash on delivery purchases, the refund is made to the specified bank account.
