If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@evalinegroup.com within 24 hours

in production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Our Prime EVA car floor mats are precisely tailored and of the highest quality. We manufacture according to the exact measurements of car manufacturers or custom-fit the mats to your vehicle if it's not on the list. This ensures maximum coverage and a perfect fit.
Our floor mats are easily installed using the original manufacturer's standard fasteners (if available) and the Velcro system. For a simple and quick installation, start from the seat and work your way to the pedals. Place the bottom of the mat snugly against the side of the seat and align the top towards the pedals. Return Policy
You can either email our customer service team at support@evalinegroup.com or submit your return request online at https://account.primeeva.com. Enter your order number and email address, follow the instructions, and select the items you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in unused and new condition, in the original packaging with intact labels.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
If a product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For cash on delivery purchases, the refund is made to the specified bank account.
Instructions for returning products can be found in the email you receive after
submitting the return request.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an
email notification. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be
processed within 1-3 business days.
