Statutory Right of Withdrawal

While we offer an extended 30-day return period for your convenience, we acknowledge and respect your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as provided by Polish consumer protection laws. This statutory right applies to all distance selling contracts. Our extended 30-day return policy goes beyond this legal requirement to provide you with additional flexibility and peace of mind with your purchase.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you order Prime EVA products from Evaline Sp. z o.o. ("Evaline"). If you decide not to use a product, return it to us within 30 days of delivery. See details below.

Return Policy

Items You Decide Not to Keep

You may return items you decide not to keep within 30 days, providing these items are in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Please note that any returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@evalinegroup.com so we can correct the problem immediately at our own expense.

  • Returns must be submitted to Evaline within 30 days from your delivery date.

  • If you're returning a gift, include the purchaser's name and address.

  • Evaline does not provide return labels – the customer is responsible for paying return shipping, except in cases of errors or defects.

  • Securely package returned items in additional protective packaging – do not affix return labels directly onto original product packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days as required by Polish law.

  • Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer absence or incorrect address information do not qualify for refunds.

To start a return, please use our product return tool or contact us at support@evalinegroup.com with your Order Number and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained before shipping and clearly marked on your return package. Returns without this number may be rejected.

Replacement Policy

Replacements for missing or damaged items will be shipped at no additional cost via our third-party courier.

Complaint Handling

If you have any complaints regarding our products or services:

  • Email us at support@evalinegroup.com

  • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

  • We respond to all complaints within 14 days

  • For warranty claims, please follow the warranty procedure described below

Limited Warranty

All items have a two-year warranty covering production and material defects but excluding wear through regular use. The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To use the warranty, contact our customer support at support@evalinegroup.com and return your product to Evaline as instructed. Upon receipt, we will repair or replace your product at no additional charge and ship it back to you free of charge.
